Who we are

We are a team of nationally certified and professional personal trainers who are dedicated to assisting you in reaching your fitness goals. Our experienced trainers hold multiple certifications, from pre and post natal, athletic conditioning, and corrective exercise. 

What to expect

Every client will receive an initial assessment to evaluate their starting point. After, your trainer will help create a weekly program based off your own personal goals.  We work with clients of all ages. Wither your goal is to increase muscular strength,  weight loss , improve your flexibility or simply get first hand experience with our gym equipment, our trainers are ready to assist!

INTRO TO PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIAL: 3 SESSIONS FOR $199: One-on-one fitness programs geared to get you into the best shape of your life.  All programs are designed with each clients individual fitness level in mind. Fun, challenging and the most effective way to reach your personal goals. Accountability, motivation, inspiration and results is what you'll get at Park Fitness BK.
