Learn proper form and essential workout routines so you can jump into any fitness class and feel confident working out on your own! This 2 Week Program Jump starts you into a structured fitness routine. It's a perfect refresher for people who haven't worked out in a while or who are brand new to fitness but are looking for a challenge and accountability. This program is a slower paced version of our regular bootcamp and is recommended for first timers to fitness or a great refresher to review the basics.
Who Should take this program?: As long as you are injury free ( no knee, back or joint issues) this workshop is for you. We will go over form and how to do exercises properly. Total Beginners welcomed!
